1. Purpose

The Coinet Referral & Rewards Program is designed to encourage genuine community growth, customer engagement, and responsible shopping while supporting the long-term sustainability of the Coinet ecosystem.

Participation in the program is voluntary.

2. Eligibility

Users must:

  • Have a valid Coinet account.
  • Accept the Terms & Conditions.
  • Comply with this Policy.
  • Provide accurate information.
  • Complete identity verification if requested.

3. Referral Program

Users may invite friends using their referral code or referral link.

A referral becomes eligible only after all campaign conditions have been completed.

Simply sharing a referral link does not guarantee a reward.

4. Eligible Referral

A referral may be considered valid only when the referred user:

  • Registers successfully.
  • Uses a genuine mobile number.
  • Is not a duplicate account.
  • Is not self-referred.
  • Complies with Company policies.
  • Meets campaign eligibility requirements.

The Company may reject invalid referrals.

5. Reward Types

Coinet may provide rewards including:

  • Referral Rewards
  • Cashback
  • Coin Rewards
  • Promotional Bonuses
  • Shopping Rewards
  • Contest Rewards
  • Business Rewards

Each campaign may have different eligibility conditions.

6. Reward Status

Rewards may appear in one of the following stages:

Pending

Reward has been generated but is not yet available.

Available

Reward has been approved and may be redeemed according to Company policies.

Withdrawable

Reward has satisfied all withdrawal requirements.

7. Pending Rewards

Pending rewards:

  • Are not cash.
  • Cannot be transferred.
  • Cannot be withdrawn.
  • Cannot be sold.
  • May remain pending until campaign conditions are fulfilled.

8. Reward Release

Rewards may be released only after applicable campaign requirements have been satisfied.

Examples may include:

  • Eligible purchases.
  • Customer activation.
  • Verification.
  • Fraud review.
  • Campaign milestones.
  • Other conditions announced by the Company.

Reward release is subject to verification.

9. Shopping Requirement

Certain campaigns may require the referrer, referred user, or both to complete one or more eligible purchases before rewards become available.

10. Withdrawal

Withdrawals are governed by the Company's Withdrawal Policy.

The Company may require:

12. Fraud Prevention

The Company may:

13. Reward Expiry

14. Company Rights

The Company may:

  • Verify referrals.

  • Delay reward release while investigating suspected fraud.
  • Reject invalid referrals.
  • Cancel promotional campaigns.
  • Introduce new reward programs.
  • Modify future campaign rules.

15. Changes to the Program

To maintain commercial sustainability, improve user experience, comply with law, or prevent abuse, the Company may modify future referral and reward campaigns.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Changes apply prospectively.
  • Rewards already approved under the applicable campaign will generally not be reduced or cancelled except in cases of fraud, abuse, error, or violation of Company policies.

16. No Guaranteed Income

The Coinet Referral & Rewards Program is a promotional program.

Participation does not guarantee:

  • Employment.
  • Salary.
  • Fixed income.
  • Investment returns.
  • Business profits.
  • Continuous rewards.

Users should not rely upon referral rewards as a guaranteed source of income.

17. Taxes

Users are responsible for any personal tax obligations arising from rewards or withdrawals where required by applicable law.

18. Disputes

Any disputes regarding referral rewards shall first be reviewed by the Company's support team.

The Company's decision regarding campaign eligibility, fraud verification, and reward approval shall be based on the applicable policies and available records, subject to applicable law.
