Welcome to Chauhan World Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "Chauhan World", "We", "Our", "Us").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of all digital platforms, applications, websites, products and services owned, operated or managed by Chauhan World Pvt. Ltd.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • CKARTZ.com
  • ChauhanWorld.com
  • Chauhan.world
  • Coinet Mobile Application
  • CKARTZ Mobile Application
  • Future websites, mobile applications and digital services owned or operated by Chauhan World Pvt. Ltd.

By creating an account, browsing our platforms or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

The Company owns, develops and operates multiple brands and digital platforms.

Company Brands

Including but not limited to:

  • Coinet
  • CKARTZ
  • Stridez
  • Cutexx
  • Future brands launched by Chauhan World Pvt. Ltd.

All intellectual property relating to these brands belongs to Chauhan World Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise stated.

3. Definitions

Company

Means Chauhan World Pvt. Ltd.

Platform

Any website, application, marketplace, software or digital service operated by the Company.

User

Any registered or unregistered visitor.

Buyer

Any user purchasing goods or services.

Seller

Any business or individual selling through Company platforms.

Business Partner

Any merchant, supplier, retailer or service provider connected with Company platforms.

Coin Wallet

Digital reward wallet maintained by the Company.

Pending Wallet

Wallet showing rewards that are not yet eligible for redemption or withdrawal.

Available Wallet

Wallet containing approved rewards available for redemption or other permitted uses.

Withdrawable Wallet

Wallet balance approved for withdrawal subject to applicable policies.

Referral Reward

A promotional reward subject to eligibility criteria.

Cashback

Promotional incentive issued by the Company.

Community Rewards

Rewards distributed under Company promotional programs.

4. Eligibility

To use our services you must:

  • be legally capable of entering contracts under applicable law;
  • provide accurate and complete information;
  • maintain only one personal account unless expressly permitted;
  • comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

The Company may request identity verification at any time.

5. User Account

Users agree to:

  • maintain accurate information;
  • protect login credentials;
  • immediately report unauthorized access;
  • remain responsible for all activities under their account.

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse or policy violations.

6. Company Platforms

The Company operates:

  • Marketplace
  • Community Platform
  • Referral Platform
  • Reward Platform
  • Wallet Services
  • Business Network
  • Digital Commerce Services

The Company may introduce, discontinue or modify services without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

7. Referral Program

The Referral Program is a promotional marketing initiative.

Referral rewards:

  • are promotional in nature;
  • are not employment income;
  • are not guaranteed earnings;
  • do not constitute wages, salaries or investments.

Participation does not establish an employer-employee relationship, agency, partnership or franchise.

Important

Referral rewards are subject to:

  • verification;
  • fraud review;
  • campaign rules;
  • activation requirements;
  • reward eligibility;
  • wallet policies;
  • Company approval.

8. Pending Rewards

The Company may place any reward into a Pending Wallet.

Pending rewards:

  • have no immediate cash value;
  • cannot be withdrawn;
  • cannot be transferred;
  • cannot be redeemed until approved.

Pending rewards may become Available only after applicable program conditions are satisfied.

9. Reward Eligibility

Reward eligibility may depend on:

  • verified registrations;
  • successful purchases;
  • genuine user activity;
  • fraud screening;
  • campaign completion;
  • activation requirements;
  • community participation;
  • business performance;
  • other conditions announced by the Company.

Meeting one condition does not automatically guarantee payment.

10. Wallet Services

Wallet balances may include:

  • Pending Balance
  • Available Balance
  • Withdrawable Balance
  • Promotional Balance
  • Cashback Balance

Each category may be governed by separate policies.

11. Purchases

All purchases remain subject to:

  • product availability;
  • pricing;
  • inventory;
  • payment verification;
  • fraud checks.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.

12. Marketplace

The Platform may contain:

  • Company-owned products;
  • third-party products;
  • partner businesses;
  • digital services.

The Company may act as:

  • seller;
  • marketplace operator;
  • technology provider;
  • facilitator.

Responsibilities vary depending on the transaction.

13. Cashback

Cashback programs are promotional.

Cashback:

  • may expire;
  • may contain conditions;
  • may be limited;
  • may be withdrawn before credit in cases of fraud or abuse.

Cashback is not guaranteed.

14. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals remain subject to:

  • minimum withdrawal limits;
  • KYC requirements;
  • verification;
  • fraud review;
  • applicable taxes;
  • Company policies.

Withdrawal requests may require processing time.

15. Fraud Prevention

The Company maintains zero tolerance for:

  • fake accounts;
  • duplicate registrations;
  • self-referrals;
  • bots;
  • automated activity;
  • false purchases;
  • manipulated transactions;
  • abusive conduct.

The Company may:

  • suspend accounts;
  • reverse rewards;
  • cancel orders;
  • recover improperly issued benefits;
  • permanently ban users.

16. Promotional Programs

Promotional campaigns:

  • are optional;
  • may be limited by time;
  • may be limited by geography;
  • may be limited by inventory;
  • may have participant limits.

The Company reserves the right to discontinue or conclude promotional campaigns after they end or their allocated budget is exhausted.

17. Modification of Programs

The Company may introduce new reward structures or modify future promotional programs to maintain commercial sustainability, comply with law, prevent fraud, or improve user experience.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Changes apply prospectively.
  • Rewards already approved or vested under the applicable campaign rules will generally not be reduced or cancelled except in cases of fraud, abuse, error, or violation of these Terms.
  • Future campaigns may contain different eligibility requirements, reward amounts, activation criteria, or redemption rules.

18. Intellectual Property

All rights relating to:

  • Coinet
  • CKARTZ
  • Stridez
  • Cutexx
  • Chauhan World
  • logos
  • designs
  • software
  • trademarks
  • content

remain the exclusive property of Chauhan World Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

No license is granted except as expressly stated.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under applicable law.

20. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chauhan World Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees and affiliates from claims arising out of:

  • breach of these Terms;
  • misuse of the Platform;
  • unlawful activities;
  • infringement of third-party rights.

21. Privacy

Collection and processing of personal information is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

23. Dispute Resolution

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.

If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian law, if agreed between the parties, or otherwise resolved by the courts having jurisdiction.

The appropriate jurisdiction (for example, based on the Company's registered office) should be confirmed with your legal counsel before publication.

24. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable policies published by the Company, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the User regarding use of the Platform.
