1. Purpose

The Coinet Wallet is a digital wallet that records eligible rewards, cashback, promotional credits, and other approved benefits earned through the Coinet Platform.

The Wallet is intended to support shopping, reward redemption, and eligible withdrawals in accordance with Company policies.

2. Wallet Types

The Coinet Wallet consists of three balances:

A. Pending Wallet

Rewards that have been generated but are still awaiting eligibility verification.

Pending Rewards cannot be:

  • Withdrawn
  • Transferred
  • Redeemed
  • Sold

B. Available Wallet

Rewards that have successfully completed all campaign requirements.

Available Wallet balance may be used for:

  • Shopping
  • Eligible promotional offers
  • Wallet redemption campaigns
  • Other Company-approved uses

C. Withdrawable Wallet

Rewards that satisfy all withdrawal requirements are transferred to the Withdrawable Wallet.

Only Withdrawable Wallet balances may be withdrawn according to the Withdrawal Policy.

3. Reward Credit

Wallet balances may be credited through:

  • Referral Rewards
  • Cashback
  • Promotional Campaigns
  • Business Rewards
  • Contest Rewards
  • Company Bonuses
  • Other approved reward programs

Each campaign may have different eligibility conditions.

4. Reward Verification

Before rewards become Available or Withdrawable, the Company may verify:

  • Referral validity
  • Purchase completion
  • Customer activation
  • Fraud checks
  • Campaign milestones
  • Identity verification

The Company may delay or reject rewards if verification requirements are not met.

5. Wallet Usage

Available Wallet balances may be used for eligible purchases and promotional campaigns offered by the Company.

The Company may limit:

  • Maximum wallet usage per order
  • Eligible products
  • Eligible brands
  • Campaign-specific redemption limits

6. Withdrawal

Only balances transferred to the Withdrawable Wallet may be withdrawn.

Withdrawals are governed by the Company's Withdrawal Policy.

7. Expiry

Certain promotional rewards or wallet balances may expire if unused.

Applicable expiry periods will be announced with the relevant campaign.

8. Reversal of Rewards

The Company may reverse wallet balances where rewards were credited due to:

  • Fraud
  • Duplicate accounts
  • Self-referrals
  • Fake transactions
  • Cancelled or refunded orders
  • Technical errors
  • Violation of Company policies

9. Non-Transferability

Unless expressly permitted by the Company, wallet balances:

  • Cannot be transferred to another user.
  • Cannot be sold.
  • Cannot be exchanged outside the Platform.
  • Cannot be pledged or assigned.

10. Changes

The Company may update wallet features, limits, or usage conditions from time to time.

Changes to future promotional campaigns will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
